Our team is based out of Redding, CT and its direct surrounding towns. We believe in community and strive to help as many families as we can but as of now, can only keep our at-home assistance within this area. Our virtual assistance is open to all who needs help regardless of location

For both on-site and virtual support, each 30-minute period is billed. For example, if our technician resolves the issue within 30 minutes, you are billed for only 30 minutes. If the issue takes 45 minutes, 1 hour would be billed

Managed Services is a suite of solutions we manage for workstations and laptops, on both Windows and Mac operating systems, which include data backup to cloud up to 100GB, Anti-virus protection, Anti-malware protection, Ransomware detection and prevention, a 24/7 manned security operations center that will monitor and prevent attacks when it's happening, and routine scheduled patching of driver, software and operating system updates to keep the device up to date. 

We strive to provide your families with the most up-to-date information on all kinds of home technologies by learning about new products through the manufacturers' documentation, to participating in conventions of new products and services. We test and subscribe to many popular solutions so that we can better understand how and why they work. But there will be times where we won't always have the answer right away. If/When this happens, our team will do whatever it takes to get the answers to you as timely as possible
